Having run my own successful business for over 15 years, building it from scratch and navigating all the challenges that come with business ownership, I understand the pressure of making decisions, managing cash flow and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

Over the years, I’ve discovered I genuinely love creating systems that help businesses run smoothly. Not just for the benefit of the company, but for the people working within it. When processes are clear and organised, teams feel more confident and businesses perform better.

I am a natural communicator and a real people person. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy and highly organised with fantastic attention to detail. I am patient, thoughtful and considerate of how others feel. I also have a wicked sense of humour, because I believe work should feel good as well as productive.

Outside of work, I’m a big animal lover and have cared for my now retired horse for over 20 years. I also play paddle and enjoy the socially competitive side of the sport. Travel is another passion of mine, and I love discovering new places and experiences whenever I can.

Customer service is another area I am passionate about. I get real satisfaction from turning a negative situation into a positive experience. Clear communication plays a huge role in that, whether I am speaking with customers, suppliers or supporting internal teams.
